G2 Fitness, LLC believes in the importance of a well functioning body that is able to meet your daily demands. Functional fitness is our passion- rooted in exercises that mimic daily tasks and utilize natural mechanics of your body, we will develop a functional fitness regiment that incorporates resistance training, cardio respiratory fitness, mobility and flexibility. All workouts will be different, offering you the opportunity to challenge your body while also affording the various muscle groups appropriate recovery from workout to workout. Our ultimate goal is to help you along your journey to better health of mind and body.
G2 Fitness, LLC is different than other fitness facilities in how we conduct our training. With a personalized plan, all the necessary equipment and a motivated trainer, G2 Fitness, LLC will come to you- at your home or a public location- to conduct your sessions in the comfort and privacy of your home. We have equipment ranging from yoga mats, to barbells, to kettle-bells, to resistance bands. No matter your goal- we will accommodate your needs!
Purchase a 1 Month or 3 Month package allowing you 2 or 3 training sessions per week. Then schedule your training sessions on a monthly basis. Session times are slotted on a first come, first serve basis.
-Package sessions are non-refundable.
-Package sessions must be paid in full and are scheduled at the time of sign-up.
-Package sessions must be used within six months of the purchase date.
-Client must give 24 hours advanced notice if a session is to be cancelled or postponed by the customer without penalty. If the Client provided less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows, a charge of one session will be made (dependent upon training package purchased).
What to Expect at your First Session:
Your first session will lay the ground work for a successful training program. Your trainer will review all necessary paperwork with you, including a cardiovascular health pre-screening, a health history inventory, an attitude/lifestyle inventory, and take some basic measurements. Your trainer will then complete a goals sheet with you that will help you make specific, measureable, attainable, realistic and time specific goals for this program. These items will help the trainer develop a long term plan that will aid in reaching your goals. The session will end with some basic fitness level testing that will constitute your workout for that day, and that will lay the initial framework for your program.
What to Expect during Training Sessions:
Once the trainer has put together your personalized training plan, your sessions will become centered on your specific goals. Standard workouts will be one hour in length and will consist of a 10 minute warm-up, 10 minute skill development/ strength development, 20-30 minute workout and a 10-20 minute cool-down. Workouts are constantly varied to help keep the sessions fun and to keep the muscles engaged, so these timelines will not always fit the workout specifically, but will be generally followed. Every workout- no matter the length- will include a warm-up and cool-down. Warm-ups will focus on appropriate mobility and stability mechanics, while cool-downs will focus on proper muscle recovery, mobility and flexibility.
